Shipping Policy
National Shipping (Inside India)
All the Dispatch and Shipping will be completed within 72 hours of Successful payment received and the order placed completed successfully (for Cash on delivery Orders)
Fees & Charges
a) Shipping fee is charged towards providing delivery and post-order services including but not limited to, higher than average returns
b) Shipping is a value-added service charge levied under one of the following circumstances:
Orders below a certain value. The value can vary based on the category
a) Orders below INR 1199 for all categories except personal care and personal care orders below INR 299 (not applicable for Insiders) are charged with a Shipping fee.
b) The final shipping fee is calculated post application of any 'coupon benefit' and offers
c) The threshold values can change, please review the Shipping Fee at the time of checkout

International Shipping
The products are delivered by courier throughout the world. On average, in the areas covered by the International courier, the value of transport is Rs. 800/- & Orders over Rs. 3000 benefit from free shipping (Outside of India ). If you are not in the access area, we will contact you to inform you of the additional rate.
International Return policy
The International return of the products can be made within 25 days(Outside of India), calculated from the moment of receiving the package. To return a product please send us an e-mail at foxdececommerce@gmail.com.
Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 15 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Cutie Souls will initiate refunds once the product gets picked up and the quality check is done. For self-shipped items, the return is initiated after it arrives at our return desk and passes the quality check.
Refund time depends on the mode of refund selected by you.
For Bank Account:
2-5 business days after the item reaches us.
For Online Refund:
7-10 business days after the item reaches us.
For Wallets:
2 business days after the item reaches us.
You will get details of your refunds on given contacts and can track the refund timeline for your active orders
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
